The Customer Services we offer are flexible and are modular, allowing manufacturers to select the most appropriate level of support that meets their requirements. These levels are as follows:
- Operations Support ensures that manufacturers have access to recommended, best-in-class consumables and original wear parts. This includes, for our EDM and mould tool and die customers, the ability to get their graphite and copper electrodes designed and manufactured via our Electrode Plus service.
- Machine Support as its name suggests helps manufacturers ensure the performance of their machines and includes Technical Help Desk Support, Preventative Maintenance and Service Contracts and machine tool refurbishment.
- Business Support focuses on the wider nature of a manufacturer’s business operations and includes operator, maintenance and programmer training; feasibility studies and test cuts; applications help and support; turnkey solutions (including automation).
