Our Hotline service will answer to your machine’s queries during the office hours. All calls will be recorded & response on the same day within 2 hours.

 

Our Indoor Technical team will provide machine breakdown diagnosis & application support. We will provide the first line technical diagnosis on your machine to reduce on site Diagnostic time & to better prepare our engineers for the task.

The aims of this maintenance contract is to allow our trained engineers to conduct the periodic preventive maintenance to maximize your machine productivity and minimize the down time (reducing all maintenance & repair cost) throughout the year.
