AGIE CHARMILLES (SEA) PTE LTD
Agie Charmilles (South East Asia) Private Limited, Singapore (ACSEA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Georg Fischer Finanz AG (CH), of which Georg Fischer Finanz AG (CH) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Georg Fischer AG. The core business of ACSEA is in the sales and distribution of Swiss precision machine tools to the tool and mould making industry and manufacturers of precision parts. The product range includes Electric Discharge Machines (EDM), Wire-cut EDM and High-speed Machining machines.
Established for more than 25 years as the Asian head quarter in the region, ACSEA continues to make significant contribution to the Precision Engineering Industry in the Asia Pacific region through its businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand.
With its focus as a provider of total system solution the precision engineering industry, ACSEA has gained a reputation as a competent and reliable partner to its valued customers and business associates.

Establishment of representative office in Singapore

Incorporation of Charmilles Technologies (South East Asia) Pte Ltd, Singapore for sales and distribution of Wirecut EDM and Die Sinking EDM machines under “Charmilles” brand name in South East Asia regions. |

Establishment of offices in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, Malaysia

1997 |
Agie joined Charmilles Technologies (South East Asia) Pte Ltd. renamed Charmilles Technologies (SEA) Pte Ltd to Agie Charmilles (South East Asia) Pte Ltd and began sales and distribution and “Agie” brand EDM machines.

Launch of Actspark EDM machines.

Takeover Mikron Machine Tools Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore and beginning of sales and distribution of high speed milling machine with 3 and 5 axis under the "Mikron" brand name
