Terms & Conditions

1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
2. All participants are of sound health and mind. Applicants that have special requirements when attending courses should highlight their concerns during application. We will advise the individual accordingly .
   • Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Level 5
   • Be able to read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Level 5
   • Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Employment Skills System (ESS) Level 5
3. Once enrolled in the course, participants must adhere to all rules and regulations of the institution conducting the course.
4. Participants in the scheme must attend all examinations and / or assignments necessary to complete the course successfully, failing which the participant is deemed to have withdrawn from the course.
5. Full course reward will only be awarded to participants who have successfully passed all examinations in the course and obtain the course certificate, if applicable and achieve no less than 75% attendance
6. Participants that do not achieve 75% attendance are liable for the entire course fee.
7. Regardless of any reasons, if the participant subsequently cancels or postpones a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee will be levied as follows:
   • More than 2 weeks before class commencement No Penalty
   • Less than 2 weeks before class commencement 50% of the total fee
   • Less than 3 days before class commencement 100% of the total fee
