Our high-precision, automation-ready LASER products enable texturing, engraving, microstructuring and labeling of both simple two-dimensional geometries and complex 3D geometries

Based on a bitmap/grayscale digital file derived from any of a variety of sources including scans, complex three-dimensional textures are efficiently and repeatably rendered. The Laser 5Ax series then creates, based on the data provided by a mapping system and with the help of a pulsed, the desired texture on large (overlapping focus ranges) and complex surfaces.

In contrast to chemical etching which can produce only three to five layers, GF AgieCharmilles’ Laser technology can produce 30 to 50 different layers of nuance.
