Joined Charmilles in 1972 and held various posts there before becoming Head of Sales Region Europe South in 1998. These included Managing Director of Charmilles Technologies SA, Geneva, from 1996 to 1998; Manager of Sales Regions Europe, South America and the CIS for Charmilles from 1994 to 1996; Regional Head of Charmilles in France, Spain, Portugal and the UK from 1992 to 1994; Managing Director of Charmilles France from 1980 to 1992; and Head of Sales at Charmilles France from 1976 to 1980. Studied at the Institut Universitaire de Technologie in Creil and at the Institut de Contrôle de Gestion in Paris.
