Service Academy – Skills for Success
The Service Academy is the GF AgieCharmilles training institution and offers technical training on machines and professional soft skills modules to employees working in the service, applications and diagnostic fields, as well as to sales and administration personnel and management of
GF AgieCharmilles.
The Service Academy was launched in 2001 and presented its first training modules in 2002. Since then, our program has grown to include about 70 EDM training modules, 20 Milling modules and seven ongoing professional soft skills modules.
Providing opportunities for our employees and customers to develop their skills and expand their horizons is only half of the challenge for training providers today. The key to employees' professional growth and success is for our Service Academy to provide training that is comprehensive, relevant and adaptable to our employees' and customers’ needs.
Empowering employees to achieve more in their daily work is at the heart of every GF AgieCharmilles Service Academy training module, not only because it's good for business, but because well-trained employees are better able to make GF Agie Charmilles' customers more successful than their competitors.
