Step-Tec AG develops and builds spindles to satisfy market demand.

In the mould construction, production and aerospace industries, it is only close cooperation with universities, research institutes and customers, as well as a vast knowledge of motor spindles and the maximum fulfilment of our potential for innovation, that enables us to meet special customer requirements in terms of high torque and compact systems as well as main spindle drives and B-axes, which provide the required level of process reliability.

The high level of diversification and ever shorter lead times require both defined standards for development as well as reliable calculation methods and projections in terms of static and dynamic characteristics.

Thanks to the latest equipment, we can implement concepts and make digital products a reality. We conduct calculations and simulations on the same CAD model, which is subsequently used for programming during production (using CAM).
