In order to successfully bring automation projects to fruition, a number of relevant conditions must first be fulfilled or at least form part of the project

• Automation requires controlled processes
• Procedures and organization within the company must support automation and/or must be adapted to obtain the maximum benefit from automation
• Depending on the level of automation a few very well trained staff are needed to operate the plant and to organize the environment accordingly
